I recommend, if you haven't done it yet, download the installer, and let it run while you register, since it does sometimes take a long while to update the game.

For the registering, make sure you use IE, since most other browsers suck at it. Rather the website does, but yeah, same thing.

Then Scroll down till you come to the yellow text, and click it.



Now do the following :



You should now be on the main details page, this is easy to do.

Important: make sure you click the buttons to check your chosen ids have not already been taken. If you don't you will get an error and a new verification which you will have to translate.




The symbol for the address part is this : 명
You will need east asian language packs installed to finish this registration.

Once done, you should get this little window thingy saying congratulations in engrish. Now load up the game and play.

man i wasted all my time trying to get the game to work.

Hello,

i got two error messages: Error Screenshot
The first one comes when i submit the sign-up form (yeah i have read the Guide!), the second one comes when the launcher.exe will download the Game-Files.

Have anyone an work around for this?

First: There's an error in your ID. I suggest adding numbers to Game ID and Name. Then click on the button to the right of Game ID to confirm the ID (i think).

Second: I don't know. Launcher works fine for me, but the game locks up everytime i play it. It has something to do with my XP or my ATI card.

i think it would be better if the part about the address has a more detailed explanation.
the registration site is kinda slow, so i thought i made a mystake when nothing happened in the pop-up window

if anyone would be able to help me solve my problem (posted in the tech part of the forum), that would be much appreciated (by me and maybe others got the same error ?)

The numbers which have to be typed at the end of the registration, which are in the small picture, are no longer numbers. Now they are korean letters :/ Three of them to be exact. Didn't manage to find those characters on the homepage or on other korean sites to copy+paste them. Any suggestions?

One thing that wasn't in the guide but is crucial, otherwise I think you get an error:

In the second field (Game ID) make sure you click that box next to your Game ID. This box is to confirm if the account is available or not. When you click it a new window should open and you will see a window with an exclamation mark. In the bottom of the window there should be a little white box. If the box isn't there, then the account is already taken. Click the white box and then your account is confirmed and you should be able to sign up.

One other thing, make sure you confirm if your account is available before you go through the trouble of getting your korean comfirmation code. I got my confirmation code and then confirmed my account and it gave me an error. So I had to do another Korean confirmation code. Make sure you confirm the account before you get your character. (This might not be true, but it's what happened to me)

Sorry about this >< I feel retarded for not being able to get it. i saw one of those errors and the advice was to make sure the check your id and use numbers in it too.

Well I tried that over and over again, one time using the most random numbers and letters. It worked to no avail with the exact same errors posted. I think it's because the id is taken for one of them, but that confirmation box never comes up for the id.
Thanks for any help. I'd really like to be able to try the game out.

EDIT: GOT IT! I read some more above and found something I missed about the id stuff. Also before typing in your id, press the check ID button FIRST. That box comes up and you can type a name in and check. When you press that little white button in the box, it puts the id in the id line! It's important, because for me, if you typed in the area first, the check id box won't come up. It just keeps reloading the page.

The error is that you did not check the white box next to the seond field. You HAVE to do this, it is to confirm your account and you'll keep getting this error if you don't confirm your account. Also, make sure you're putting numbers in your accounts too.

It's a server side problem, i dont think you can do anything with that, just wait a few days and maybe they will solve the problem, i hope.

I guess it' s because of the downtime, since you also can't login on the official ZerA site or post anything on their forum every time the servers are down. They obviously shut down any online services when they patch the game.

It's saying that your ID is not registered to nexon.com

이름 means your name.

주민번호 is a korean of social security code(or number).
Every person who has korean citizenship, has their own unique social number.
for example,
881106-1******
first 6 digit number represents your birth date
next 7 digit number is given by government
first number represent your gender(male=1, female=2)

hmm since you don't have a code,,
i think you have to register as a foreigner
there might be a different registration form for non-korean people.
im not sure though
