(you could have found this with

And further more I know, that you need such a number, if you want
to
registrate for a game account at Zera - Online.

1.) Theire are many sites, offering possibilities to create such numbers
(what would be an illegal activity by the way)
BUT: They seem not to be accepted by Zera...
2.) A few months ago, you could have found a real existing KSSN with google
(to use such a number would also be illegal, as long as it is not yours).
But now, google has removed these pages....
And now I do not know what to do, as you....
