Aw, there's wonderful roleplaying to be done with Kal! It's so easy it takes only a few minutes to make an epic story with. Here, let me make one!
Glancing down the hill, I surveyed the area for my prey. One of the demons had taken a valuable stirup from the one whom saved my life. Such an insult I was not to let past. It was a debt of honor, one whom I shall repay.
There! A small demon was carrying the stirup away! Taking an instant to steady my aim. I let the arrow fly, and it burried itself in the monster's head, sending forth a shower of blood. Grimacing in disgust at the gruesome display, I comforted myself that at least, vengeace was complete. But it moved.
The demon turned to face me, and ran straight at me, screaming in rage and pain. Impossible! I shot it in the head! I saw the impact, the blood flying from it's head! Fumbling quickly, I managed to nock another arrow and shot it seconds before it reached me. Finally, the demon fell on the ground, dead.
When it started moving anew, I quickly decapitated it to permentently finish it's life. I felt guilty at this display of violence I offered and of the life I took, but it was demons after all! They started this war!
Nodding to myself in determination, I grabbed the precious, unique stirrup and went back to my savior's home. Before I could knock on his door, I heard him talking to another woman:
"Thank you for bringing back my precious stirrup! You are the hero that will save us all!"
Banging the door open, I pointed to the other woman and exclaimed: "What is that all about? I have the stirrup right here!"
My savior suddenly looked embarassed, and quickly took the stirrup off my hands and placed it into another room, already filled to the brim with stirrups identical to the one I just brought. He then turned to face me and said:
""Thank you for bringing back my precious stirrup! You are the hero that will save us all!"
The woman standing next to me pointed at me and asked: "Sir? Is she the hero or I am the hero?"
"You... erm, I mean her.. I mean, you both are the one and unique hero! Yes, yes! That's it! You are heroes together! Now go see general In Phil to fullfil your destiny!" He pushed us out of the door. "Yes, go now! Onward to glory!"
An uneasy silence took over for a few moments. Smiling, she finally said: "We are heroes now! A wizard hero? Think there has been some of that before? I'm Taya by the way!"
She seemed a nice woman, so I decided not to be mean to her. "I'm Ayra. No, I'm sure there hasn't been a greater wizard hero. After all, he just said we are the great heroes. There certainly wasn't any sarcasm in what he said. Not at all."
She giggled a little and added cheerfully: "Not at all! Hey, what's with the weird clothes anyway?"
I looked down at my good, redish leather armor, upset by the question. "That's my leather armor! It's light enough but still stop monster blows, and it's perfect! But out of curiosity... You do realize that at least half of your chest is hanging out of your shirt, right?"
"Of course! Why the question?"
"You do know that, well... Skin doesn't stop sword cuts too well? I fail to see how this... open shirt held with some ropes barely tied around your breasts is going to protect you from those demons..."
"That's where you come in my dear Ayra! You take the blows for me, and I blast the meanies meanwhile! And it works as well as your armor, try it!"
"No thanks... Wait, taking the blows for you??? I'm not going to..."
"No time for that! Got to talk to the general!" she finished, grabbing my arm and dragging me foward.
I followed her, sighing internally. Being a hero sure isn't what it's all cracked up to be...

Time spent working is just a reminder of how fun gaming time can be.
Currently keeping an eye on: Shaiya (Likely no english version ever: likely never be able to play...) Zera (Likely no english version: likely never be able to play...) RFOnline (Will have an english version, so likely will be able to play, yay!)
